The constitution of the Australian College of Neonatal Nurses' has been reviewed and update to include changes or amendments in respect to the Incorporated Associations Act of NSW, which was updated in 2010. In addition, this constitution has incorporated changes that allow for the ACNN to have state branches, should a state or territory which to apply for branch status.
Comments and feedback received from members from the first call for feedback have been considered and the changes made to draft version 3.

The constitution will voted on at the AGM to be held at the Novotel Rockford, Haymarket, Sydney on 19 March 2012, commencing at 7.15 pm
