Oral and Poster Presentation Submission Guidelines
Abstracts MUST comprise the following elements:

Title: The abstract title should be in Sentence case i.e. first letter capitalised: Not All Capitals

Authors: Authors' names should be supplied in the surname-first format with first name initial only and should be in Sentence case i.e. first letter capitalised: Not All Capitals. Institutional affiliations should be indicated with superscript numbers following the author name. Please underline the presenting author.

Affiliation: All affiliations should contain institution, city and country.
Example: New, K1,2 & Ng, L2
1 Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital, Brisbane, Australia; 2The University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia
4. Abstract text:
i. Only abstracts submitted in English will be reviewed. Abstracts should be checked for spelling and
grammar before
submission.
ii. Abstracts will only be accepted on the official template
iii.The body of the abstract must not exceed 250 words.
iv. Abstracts must not use printing enhancements such as different fonts, underlining, italics (except for
foreign words
or scientific names where necessary)

Pictures/diagrams/figures: Abstracts cannot include pictures/diagrams/figures.
