Registration NOW OPEN ....please read the following information and then click on the register now link below.

  • Should the event need to be cancelled by ACNN due to Covid-19, or a state goes into lockdown and restrictions are put into place by State/Commonwealth/Employers that restrictions travel interstate to Canberra, a full refund will be offered. However plans will be in place for the event to be a hybrid event should this occur. We will keep you informed.

  • A COVID plan is in place for this event. Please do not attend if you are unwell or have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath or been tested for Covid within the past 14 days of the event date. A full refund will be given to those who have been tested for Covid and need to isolate until result is back. 

  • *For member rates to apply must be a financial member of ACNN at the time of registration or by the 1st July and at the time of the conference (renewal due 1 April to 30 June).

  • You will be asked to insert your membership RECEIPT number on registering to receive the members price. The RECEIPT number (not the invoice number or the paypal receipt number) is a 4 digit number located on your current membership receipt/invoice. If you cannot find your receipt please contact the treasurer at treasurer@acnn.org.au. Honorary members, please contact conference@acnn.org.au to receive number. 
  • **Student pricing is for Undergraduates only. Proof of student status must be sent to the Conference Secretariat.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Should the event need to be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions full refund will be offered. 
  • Cancellations must be submitted via email to the conference secretariat at acnn@abercrombiemanagement.com.au.
  • Cancellations made before 31 July 2021 will incur a 50% cancellation fee of fees paid.
  • Cancellations made on or after the 1 August 2021 will not receive a refund of fees paid.
  • As an alternative to cancellation, a colleague may attend in your place if the conference secretariat is advised.

If you have not paid for your registration in full by 19th August 2021, ACNN and the conference secretariat Abercrombie Management have the right to cancel your registration.

Privacy Policy
Please note that in registering for this event relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, and may be available for parties directly related to the Event including the Local Organising Committee, venues and sponsors (subject to conditions). ACNN supports the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended.

Photography
Photographers will be taking photos throughout the conference at sessions, social events, around the exhibition area, as well as during informal gatherings.  These photographs may be used by the hosts in publications for promotional material or for other purposes.  Should you expressly wish not to have your photograph used, please contact the conference organiser, Abercrombie Management:  acnn@abercrombiemanagement.com.au
