Abstracts
The abstract submission portal will open on Wednesday 8th October 2025 and close on Monday 15th December 2025. Abstracts will be reviewed by January 15, 2025. All primary authors will be notified of the initial decision, indicating whether their abstract has been accepted or requires further review. Final notifications regarding the allocation of oral or poster presentations will be sent by March 31, 2026.

A call for late breaking abstracts may occur in March 2026, dependent on the first round of abstract submissions and acceptance.
