Topic: Your Best You as Leader!
Leading and influencing our teams can indeed be
challenging, but also very rewarding! The ongoing demands and the constant pressure of your roles as nurses can take their toll on even the
most positive and resilient of individuals. So how do you keep your own attitude, energy and resilience strong so you can also effectively
lead a positive focus for your team? What else do you need to consider particularly if you are stepping up into leadership for the first
time? This fast-paced session will provide proven frameworks and practical strategies to add to your current toolkit as a leader. Be
prepared to laugh, learn and be challenged as Bruce will teach us how that with as little as 2% of our time, we can make the most out of
100% of our team!
