The conference program offers a lot of valuable evidence-based information and heartfelt presentations including sessions on initiation of
lactation and optimisation of pumping, breastfeeding dynamics (including Prof Donna Geddes work on suck-swallow-breathe coordination in
preterm breastfeeding infants), support of the preterm breastfeeding dyad after discharge, family integrated care and a consumer perspective
on mothering and establishing breastfeeding in the neonatal unit.
