Cancellation policy
All refunds will incur the payment processing fee imposed by STRIPE (presently 1.7% of payment + 30 cents). Payments will be refunded up until Tuesday 4th November. From 5 November, refunds cannot be offered. For cancellations, please email eso@acnn.org.au.
