The Neonatal Nurse Education SIG (NNE SIG) supports promotion of excellence in the care of neonates and their families by monitoring, informing and making recommendations to the ACNN Executive on all aspects of neonatal nursing education, and by supporting SIG members as they undertake educational roles or projects in neonatal nursing. The SIG is committed to supporting and facilitating education which contributes to quality outcomes for neonates, rewarding experiences for neonatal nurses and the advancement of our profession.

The committee meets monthly and meetings for all members as advertised by email. 

The operating committee positions become vacant each year at the workshop/meeting held in conjunction with the National Conference and nominations called from the floor. Should you be interested in a position on the committee please forward your nomination to us.

National Newsletter

The national newsletter is produced 4 times a year in March, June, September and December and emailed to all members. Highlights of activities, members’ achievements and planned events are included in this publication. Members are encouraged to contribute to the newsletter either directly newsletter@acnn.org.au or via the SIG.
