Education Sig

(Formal Title - Neonatal Nurse Education SIG)

The Australian College of Neonatal Nurses is dedicated to the promotion of excellence in the care of neonates and their families. The Education SIG is committed to supporting and facilitating education which contributes to quality outcomes for neonates, rewarding experiences for neonatal nurses and the advancement of our profession.

The ACNN NNE SIG supports this outcome by :

  • monitoring, informing and making recommendations to the ACNN Executive on all aspects of neonatal nursing education
  • supporting SIG members as they undertake educational roles or projects in neonatal nursing.

If you are interested in neonatal nursing education, and wish to join the  SIG, contact us at educationsig@acnn.org.au.

The Education SIG meets face-to-face once a year during the annual ACNN Conference, and throughout the year using zoom teleconferencing. If you have any resources you wish to share with the group, once they have been endorsed by the SIG, they can be uploaded here.
