ACNN will comply with State and Federal Government regulations/advice regarding Covid-19. 

MEMBER REGISTRATION - prior to commencing the registration process, please have your ACNN membership RECEIPT number available as this will be required to receive the member rate.  

  • For ACNN member rate to apply, you must be a current financial member of ACNN at the time of registration and by the 30 June 2024 (annual renewal period commences on 1 April and due no later than 30 June).  
  • The RECEIPT number (not the invoice number or the paypal receipt number) is a 4 or 5 digit number located on the bottom left of your membership invoice - under receipts (see example below). If you cannot find your receipt number please contact eso@acnn.org.au. Honorary members please contact Karen at eso@acnn.org.au to recieve a discount code.

* To be eligible for a member rate, you must be a paid financial member by 30 June 2024 or at the time of registration if joining to become a member of ACNN. You will be asked for your member receipt number during the registration process. If you are non-financial at the time of the conference, you will be asked to pay the non-member rate difference.

Full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking. All prices are in AUD and GST inclusive.

Accommodation
Accommodation at Mantra on Jolimont must be booked as part of the registration process.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation policy: A $100 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made on or before 20 August 2024 ($50 cancellation fee for one-day registration rates). No refunds after this time, but your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.  

If ACNN needs to cancel the event a full refund will be given. 

Cancellations must be submitted via email to the conference secretariat at acnn@abercrombiemanagement.com.au.
